Reporting to the Senior Consultant this is part of the HR function reporting to our clients London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and administration of the company’s compensations program in Ireland.
•Analysis of local markets to determine appropriate pay levels for new hires, pay adjustments and internal equity reviews.
•Partner with internal stakeholders to address salary administration, market data, salary policy, job structure, and compensation guidelines.
•Working with the global compensation team, HR and Unit Management to create new or revise old jobs.
•Provide guidance on target settings and incentive allocation
•Ensure compliance with EU legislation
•Develop internal employee communications around compensation
•Project management as required
•Knowledge of Ireland and border EMEA remuneration regulations and practices.
•Advanced understanding of compensation elements, including long-term incentives
•Experience with virtual Global Teams
•Strong research and interpretation skills
