Job Description:

Opportunity in Cork to work as an HR Administrator for a highly successful and innovative biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and marketing therapies for patients with rare genetic diseases. 

A high level of initiative, energy and motivation are key requirements for the role as well as excellent organisational skills. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assisting with the coordination of inductions and other onboarding activities with successful candidates and relevant staff
  • Coordinating, compiling and filing candidate, requisition and employee files
  • Filing, copying, scanning, word processing, scheduling, reporting and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with retention policies
  • Manage preparation of legal contracts, supporting the HR team
  • Report on and initiate contract extension as well as managing contract requests


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration.
  • Multinational/Pharma experience 
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
