Learning Business Partner

Our client is seeking a Junior Learning Business Partner to manage the end to end learning service delivery to an assigned portfolio of clients in leading fiancial services institution based in Dublin city

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Learning strategy - Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client strategy and priorities at mutliple business unit levels, articulating the importance of capability development and promote a blended learning model

  • Learning Planning - Project manage Learning Planning process with multiple business units, conduct a thorough training needs analysis, work with various business units and create Capability Development plans, identify solutions in line with 70-20-10 Capability Development Model

  • Stakeholder management - Build, improve and maintain strong relationships with various client groups and ensure timely and transparent communication across all business units. Work across functional teams ensuring high standard of learning practice is delivered and maintained.

  • Time Management - Manage quarterly and monthly demand from Business units, manage adhoc scheduling requests as required and engage with stakeholders to prioritise where required. Reduce dependency on external vendors.

Preferred requirements:

The successful candidate will need to use effective investigative and analytical methods of questioning, listening and constructively challenging in engagements with client stakeholders. This person will need to have detailed knowledge of training needs analysis, commercial awareness, strong business acumen, resilience and stakeholder management skills. Excellent project and programme management experience needed with strong knowledge of training development and delivery.
